Kingdom Focus
Hearts sold out to Jesus Christ first. Ministry over career, eternity over earthly gain. Leaders who model surrender and discipleship.
Military Excellence
Veterans or active-duty officers who understand command culture, mission execution, and team dynamics. Leaders who lead by example.
Servant Leadership
Men committed to lifting others up. Leaders who equip, empower, and develop the next generation of kingdom warriors.
Sound Doctrine
Alignment with our Statement of Faith and commitment to biblical Christian non-denominationalism. Depth in Scripture, not politics.
Visionary Courage
Willingness to take risks for the gospel. Leaders who think big, pray harder, and move fearlessly into God's calling.
Voting Board Positions
7 voting seats. Minimum 50% must be military veterans. These leaders set strategic direction and provide governance.
Executive Staff Positions
Non-voting leadership roles that execute the vision across operations, development, and programs.
