Bible Operator Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving military veterans and their families through faith-based retreat experiences and discipleship programs.

SMS Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Bible Operator Inc. for the following purposes:

  • Retreat registration confirmations and reminders
  • Personalized check-in links when you arrive at an event
  • Event-day logistics and schedule updates
  • After-Action Review (AAR) links following the retreat
  • Account and registration notifications
  • Crisis beacon alerts — urgent notifications when a warrior needs immediate support
  • 21 Days of Prayer daily reminders and check-in nudges

Message frequency varies based on your event participation. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS messages.

Opt-In & Opt-Out

You consent to receive SMS messages by checking the SMS opt-in box during account registration, retreat signup, or 21 Days of Prayer enrollment. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase or participation.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

Costs & Carriers

Bible Operator Inc. does not charge for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details.

Supported carriers include (but are not limited to): AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, and most US carriers. Carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy & Data Use

Your phone number is collected solely for the purpose of sending event-related notifications as described above. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your information is stored securely and used only in connection with your participation in Bible Operator events. We may use third-party SMS delivery services (such as Twilio) to transmit messages on our behalf. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing Support@BibleOperator.org.

Event Reminder

"Bible Operator: Your retreat starts in 48 hours. Check-in opens Friday at 4:00 PM. Questions? Reply HELP or email Support@BibleOperator.org. Reply STOP to opt out."
